E.P.D.M. (Rubber)
E.P.D.M. has one of the longest service life’s in the industry. Not only is it resistant to extreme temperatures, but also can withstand strong winds, and hail up to three inches in diameter. EPDM requires low maintenance and even lower energy costs. During the colder months UV rays are absorbed into the rubber trapping in heat and during the hotter months UV rays are reflected away from the building keeping it cooler inside. EPDM is designed to endure the harshest conditions.
TPO
TPO or Thermoplastic Polyolefin are popular with low-slope roofs. Thermoplastic roof systems are a synthetic substance who’s membrane is softened when heated and hardened upon cooling. This allows for flexibility which is a huge factor in the Northeast due to the extreme temperature change, as the building shrinks and expands so does the Membrane. TPO white color is highly reflective and has an outstanding thermal performance in any condition. Tears and punctures are almost unheard of between the welded seams and the polyester reinforced scrim.

Modified Bitumen or Torch down Roof
Offers a Great quality roof at a lower cost for single ply membrane. Made of a nonwoven polyester and a thick layer of asphalt this product comes in granulated and non-granulated. While your non-granulated will be your go too for cost effectiveness. Granulated comes in a variety of colors and is more energy efficient.
